Editor's Notes

I'm in Salzburg, Austria for work. I'll add some photos to the travel section.

I must be one of the only Americans who can't recall ever seeing "The Sound of Music" but there are references to it everywhere and by nearly everyone I meet who speaks English.  Just call me uncultured...

The photo attached here is one that shows a store window for one of the many shops that sells handmade Austrian wares. This one seemed to be a general toy and trinket shop that was quite a bit more high end than the typical "Made in China" shops that seem to plague every country (probably even China!).

My grandfather would probably love to have seen stuff like this. Given that he and granny travelled far and wide, I'll have to ask her if they were in the region.
