Here's a view inside the Salzburg Cathedral, built on the site of several other earlier churches and, very likely, on the site of a pagan sacraficial ground based on archaeological evidence.
I'm taking a quick trip to Salzburg, Austria for work. I arrived late in the evening and I walked into town to find something to eat. I found this nice promenade that was ended on one side by this old church. Most of the stores were closed by the time that I arrive, but it was nice to get out for a walk after 12 hours of plane flights.
Here was my meal on the first night that I was in Salzburg. You can see that its pork, gravy, and dumplings... with a healthy helping of beer and sauerkraut. Yummy!
