Benjamin's Story

Here's a photo of Ben with me on Haloween.  I actually had my shirt printed up from a design I made, but I had it printed in silver and it was a bit too shiny on the photo. Perfect for Haloween!

We took Ben trick-or-treating at the Corte Madera Mall.  It took only one or two stores and he had the hang of that.  He proceeded to run from store to store thrusting out his bag.  Pretty darn cute...

Here's Ben with Grandma, hanging up Haloween decorations.   Grandma is out here longterm now and we'll be seeing her more often!

We went to the air show that is over the Bay.  There were great views of the planes shooting in over and under the Golden Gate Bridge.  Ben was really curious about the planes and seemed to be studying them.

Here's Ben with me right after a bath.  You can see that despite any grumpiness from the heat that day, he was still cheery enough after a dunk in the water!

We let Ben pick out his Haloween costume and he decided on a red version of the green dragon he was last year!  We tried to get some photos at the pumpkin patch, but it was probably a bad idea because it was so hot.

Ben went through a little maze for little guys.  He liked it but thought the heat was getting to be a bit much.

We went looking for pumpkins on a very warm day in October.  Ben always has fun climbing around.

Ben really has fun in the inflated bouncy areas.  Fun for kids!

We went to the Sonoma County Fair and went on a few rides.  Ben is pretty funny... he likes them for a few minutes and then is "all done" unless they are really interesting.  He got tired of this one after a few times around.

Jeanette took Ben on the teacup ride at the Sonoma Fair.  He had fun, though she kept it mild.  No puking if we can help it!

Benjamin stops for a snack at the Fair.  Bunnies it is.  It was right around this time that Ben started grabbing whole bags of bunnies and trying to open them for himself.  It's amazing how many little cookies his fat hands can hold.

We went to a park, I think it was right before one of my trips.  Ben likes swinging, but it's old hat these days, so he'll only do it for a few minutes.
