Grandma got a small pool for Benjamin because she expected it to be hot in Atlanta. It turned out to be a cool week, but he still made it in a few times. Here you can see he liked playing the game of throwing the balls out of the pool. Pretty silly kid!
We went to Atlanta to visit grandma. Here we are on the first evening we were there, out for a bite to eat. Benjamin was in a bit of a mood and didn't really want to look at the camera.
As you can see, Benjamin is working out how to whistle. It's pretty funny. He can make a faint whistling sound when he breathes in and out. No tunes yet!

J found a family farm over in the East Bay and Ben LOVES it. He gets to feed goats, feed cows, and hurl lettuce at geese. Did I mention the hurl lettuce at geese part? He complete cracks up over it. He's not afraid of any of the animals...
Jeanette brought us to the Robot Games for Father's Day. We had a very fun time watching robots bash the heck out of each other and meeting a few robots who were 'walking' around. Ben thought that the moving robots were fascinating and you can see that R2D2 was a big hit!
Ben is quite capabable of pulling himself to standing position and taking glasses and keys off the tables, now. That's a bit of a problem if you expect your things to be where you left them!
Here you can see why we don't let Ben completely feed himself yet. He's getting a whole lot better with the hand-to-mouth food, but his coordination with a spoon still leaves a bit to be desired. He tries hard, though!
